We are on a mission to give the world premium sustainable seafood through innovative farming methods. As our new Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital part in building the Dutch Yellowtail brand and raising the bar in aquaculture marketing in the Italian Market.
Main Objective
To implement The Kingfish Company global marketing strategy on a local level within the Italian market. This includes marketing initiatives and events with key stakeholders, as well as providing ongoing support to both the central Marketing Team and the Italian Sales Team. The ultimate goal is to boost sales of The Kingfish Company Ricciola in the HoReCa channel and strengthen brand awareness in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Coordination
Manage the planning and organization of marketing events across Italy, in line with the annual marketing plan and budget.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Logistics) and external partners (Distributors, Associations, Clients).
Oversee preparation and logistics to ensure flawless execution.
Expected frequency: approx. 1 event per month.
2. Taste to Lead – AI Gibbs Project Activation
Lead the field execution of the Taste to Lead project, aimed at expanding TKC Ricciola's footprint in Italy through a data-driven, structured commercial approach.
Project objectives:
Identify high-potential end-users (premium restaurants)
Stimulate menu adoption and brand visibility
Support first orders and drive product rotation
Activities include:
Coordinating sample deliveries
Engaging actively with distributors
Collecting feedback and reporting insights to refine strategy
Operate independently or with local partners, ensuring full alignment with HQ and Sales objectives.
3. Chef Tables & Tasting Events
Coordinate with marketing partners and distributors to organize Chef Tables and tasting occasions, giving chefs the opportunity to experience TKC Ricciola.
Manage the entire event setup, from venue selection, to invitations (shared and agreed upon with stakeholders) to on-site execution.
Collect feedback and follow up after events to track conversion into sales.
4. Marketing Team Support
Provide support for digital campaigns, media partnerships, content coordination, and brand collaborations.
Assist in managing:
Paid partnerships and collaborations
Chef and influencer relations
