We're hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to join our founding team in building the future of healthcare compliance AI. You'll work directly with the founders, owning projects end-to-end - from customer discovery to product launch.

You'll have founder-level ownership, shaping core products, prototyping new AI-driven features, and sitting in on customer calls to see your work make an immediate impact. Own the customer and the product - not just code. 10× impact vs big tech

What You'll Do

• Own and ship full-stack product features (React, Node/Python, Postgres).
• Translate messy customer problems into elegant product experiences.
• Work across the stack: from front-end flows → backend APIs → AI model integrations.
• Partner directly with customers - discovery, iteration, launch, and support.
• Make smart tradeoffs between speed, scope, and stability.

• Strong across frontend + backend: React, Node.js/Python, Postgres.
