Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting the training, development, and coordination of IMA's medical staff across multiple office locations. This position ensures clinical staff are fully prepared to deliver quality care, remain compliant with regulatory standards, and consistently meet client and contract requirements. The salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000 depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading training, onboarding, and ongoing education for medical staff to ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Serving as a resource for staff and managers on protocols, policies, equipment use, and contract requirements.
- Conducting audits, performance evaluations, and competency assessments to maintain quality assurance and readiness for inspections.
- Overseeing equipment compliance, inventory, and troubleshooting of clinical workflows, billing, and operational issues.
- Partnering with leadership to support new client startups, contract compliance, and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Required: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), 3–5 years of clinical experience.
- Preferred: Associate degree or equivalent, prior experience in an occupational health setting.
- Ability to travel and adapt to the needs of multiple clinic locations.
