HR Operation Specialist

This is a 1-year contract position.
Handle administrative tasks related to general office management, human resources, and IT.
General Administration
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring availability as needed.
- Manage subscription contracts for online newspapers, magazines, and other essential services; maintain a comprehensive list of IDs and passwords.
- Coordinate hotel reservations for visiting colleagues and prepare visitor information packs.
- Order business cards during hiring or promotion processes as necessary.
- Organize office events to enhance team bonding, including meal orders, birthday celebrations, and holiday parties.
- Coordinate external contracts for office equipment maintenance, cleaning, and disinfection services.
- Assist with general office tasks and respond to assignments from supervisors, providing timely updates on progress.
- Ensure a clean and organized working environment.
HR Operations
- Work closely with the management team and Regional HR on HR-related functions, ensuring compliance to HR policies and procedures
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Manage labor and attendance records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Administer the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for effective data management.
- Support the administration of employee benefits and contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Contribute to internal communication initiatives and support learning and development programs.
- Support employee communications programmes and assist in learning and development initiatives.
- Contribute to internal communication initiatives and support learning and development programs.
IT Support
- Order and manage PC-related equipment and accessories.
- Arrange repairs for malfunctioning computer equipment.
- Oversee the management of office equipment, including telephones, printers, and switchboards.
The Hero's Background: Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience in similar role
- Come with a "can do" attitude.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Be proactive in dealing with changes as business evolves with time
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and manner
- Experience in office management capacity
- Computer literate
- Ability to negotiate effectively
