As a Guest Services Representative for High Hotels LTD., you are required to positively represent the hotel to the guest by responding courteously and efficiently to guest needs, acting as a source of information about the hotel and local area, and assisting guests during arrivals and departure. You will also be responsible for operating the switchboard and handling departmental accounting and financial transactions as they relate to this position.
We are seeking a Full-Time team member with flexible availability to work varying shifts between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays Required. Weekends include a $2/hr. shift premium! Starting Rate: $15.41/hr. Potential for increase is based on experience.
