Das LEO'S in Braunlage brings authentic design and an elevated culinary experience together. Here we prepare fresh and many regional products. We invite guests of THE HEARTS HOTEL and external guests to enjoy the open kitchen, serve excellent wines, and offer an extraordinary ambiance directly in the forest area. Our motivation is to provide guests and visitors with an unforgettable stay and have fun with them.

Duties

To strengthen our team, we are looking for people who really want to make an impact in the thriving Harz region. Our restaurant is different - modern - and you bring the most important piece of the puzzle:

• The reception and professional care of our guests
• You manage your own tables/areas
• You enjoy creating a relaxed atmosphere with guests
• You have experience with selected wines and dishes
• You enjoy good food and drinks

Qualification

• A completed vocational training in the hotel or restaurant business - or comparable professional experience
• Sense of responsibility
• Flexible deployment in service-oriented areas
• Good German and English skills
• Fun in being creative and learning new things
• Commitment, you are flexible and resilient
• Desire to learn and to contribute
