This brand has high scale plans, looking to go from £25million turnover currently to £100million turnover in 4 years time.

This role supports the Category Management function in the seamless execution of marketing strategies across diverse retail channels, brand portfolios, and international markets. It's a blend of creative and analytical marketing, contributing to continued growth across our European operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Category Management and Trade Marketing teams in coordinating and implementing cross-category marketing initiatives, product assortment updates, promotional campaigns, and new brand introductions.
  • Collect, monitor, and analyze retail and market performance data to generate actionable insights and provide recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with regional management and supply chain teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and optimal inventory distribution.
  • Contribute to the creation of customer-centric visual merchandising layouts and periodically assess product assortment plans for regional effectiveness.
  • Coordinate updates and prepare reports for crucial strategic meetings, product launches, retailer-specific exclusives, and general brand performance reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Fluency in English & German is essential with additional languages beneficial
  • Previous experience in Marketing, Category or Buying, preferably within Beauty, Retail, Fashion or FMCG industries highly beneficial
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task with outstanding attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills, together with a resilient character
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
