- The Operations Administrative intern will assist with the operations of the 2025 U.S. Open Championship, including advance set-up and post-Championship breakdown.
- Responsibilities include preparing and setting up on-site facilities such as corporate hospitality and media centers.
- The intern will assist with billing and financial tracking, including creating purchase orders and tracking invoices.
- Filing operational paperwork and managing incoming calls and mail are part of the daily tasks.
- The intern will take and distribute notes for operations vendor meetings and help coordinate vendor arrivals on-site.
