- Deliver exceptional customer service to all Gift Shop guests to drive repeat visits and brand loyalty
- Assess customer needs, provide solutions, and offer in-depth product knowledge
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase store sales and achieve sales goals
- Manage point-of-sale, including processing payments, returns, exchanges, and ensuring accurate pricing
- Maintain a tidy shopping environment, manage inventory, and represent the USGA with professionalism and enthusiasm
⚡ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years of professional retail experience
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide in-depth product knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, NetSuite, and Square Point-of-Sale
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work some weekends, holidays, and occasional nights
- Positive team player with the ability to motivate, manage, and work with others
