Operations Specialist – East Coast

The FruitGuys is looking for a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support our East Coast produce operations. You'll help with fruit purchasing (especially bananas!), work with vendors, handle invoices and inventory, and make sure top-quality produce reaches our clients.

What You'll Do:

• Plan and buy produce for East Coast facilities, while staying on budget
• Closely monitor banana ripeness and overall fruit quality
• Work with farmers and vendors to get the best pricing
• Track invoices and keep inventory up to date
• Assist with receiving operations and verify the quality of incoming produce.
• Support daily operations to guarantee they running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in produce industry
• Ability to meet deadlines and solve problems quickly
• Must work onsite in Philadelphia as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

This is an hourly position, OT eligible. Starting pay is between $28 - $32/hr
