The ideal candidate has 1+ years experience as an Operations Assistant and strong communication and leadership skills. The open job position requires you to be available to work full time.

Responsibilities for Operations Assistant

1. Work closely with the President of Operations to oversee daily business operations
2. Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
3. Attending to any correspondence and emails by managers, clients and contractors
4. Keep updated on bills and orders

Qualifications for Operations Assistant

• Experience in a business work environment preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint applications
• An eye for attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information
• Ability to work sitting down in front of a computer for long hours every day
