Job Overview: R Plumbing LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Customer Service Representative to become a key member of our growing team. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers-answering calls, scheduling service appointments, and helping ensure smooth coordination between clients and our plumbing technicians. As the business grows, you'll also support light bookkeeping and administrative functions to keep operations running efficiently. If you're organized, motivated, and take pride in providing excellent service, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism, warmth, and empathy.
  • Schedule jobs and coordinate effectively between clients and field technicians.
  • Respond to inquiries, concerns, and service requests with efficiency and care.
  • Keep detailed records of communications, schedules, and job information.
  • Support bookkeeping and administrative tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking (training provided).
  • Use G-Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) to manage scheduling and documentation.
  • Contribute to daily office operations and collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth workflow.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
  • Bookkeeping experience is a plus-but not required (training will be provided).
  • Comfortable with G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
  • Strong general computer and tech skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Motivated, dependable, and eager to grow in your role.
  • A sense of humor and appreciation for a positive, team-focused environment.

Schedule
