Guest Services Attendant - The Akins Ford Arena
As a Guest Services Team Member at The Akins Ford Arena, you'll be a part of the action, ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding experience from start to finish. You'll help guests find their seats, answer questions, resolve issues, and collaborate with Premium Seating staff to provide a safe, welcoming environment. With a proactive approach, you'll support the Guest Services Manager and our volunteer ushers to create memorable event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch guest service at all events: sports, shows, and private gatherings.
- Support event entry, assist with seating, and ensure guests' needs are met.
- Work closely with the Guest Services Manager on front-of-house activities.
- Set up entry areas, place event signage, and meet premium seating requirements.
- Communicate effectively to address guest concerns, safety issues, or conflicts.
- Learn the layout, from seating charts to nearby amenities.
- Stay informed on safety, alcohol management, ADA, and venue policies.
Qualifications:
- Hospitality experience preferred; passion for customer service required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stay active and on your feet throughout shifts.
