The Analyst will support Customer Growth strategic decision-making by identifying lottery product performance trends, synthesizing existing research, and translating market dynamics, industry trends, and external factors such as performance of other gaming and consumer product performance into clear, actionable insights. The role will provide analyses that support the development of tools and solutions for instant sales growth (e.g., Game Plan Wizard in the Product Management team). It will also develop KPIs and industry benchmarks and create high-quality presentations for both internal stakeholders and customers.
The position sits within the broader Marketing organization and plays a key role in shaping how Brightstar customers and internal decisionmakers assess future lottery business growth drivers and how to communicate them internally and externally.

The estimated starting compensation range is $59,795 - $122,400. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
