We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales And Client Success Representative (Bilingual) to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. This client-facing role is ideal for a driven, service-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills in both French and English, and a strong ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
As the first point of contact for our French-speaking clients, you will play a key role in licensing our copyrighted photos, text, and video footage. You'll guide clients through the licensing process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial inquiry to final transaction.
Your responsibilities will include helping clients navigate CP's digital platforms, enabling them to easily locate, access, and license the content they need for their approved properties. In addition to providing excellent service, you'll also contribute to revenue growth through outbound sales efforts and upselling opportunities.
