 
                                                
                                            The Business of Fashion is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to drive audience growth and subscription starts across our BoF Professional subscription product. You will play a key role in developing, coordinating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to engage our community and drive new subscriptions. You will contribute to the optimisation of customer engagement strategies, explore new marketing channels and support key launches to expand our global fashion community.

As a key member of the marketing team, you'll work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to meet ambitious unique users and subscription starts targets.
In being successful in this role, you will:
Passionate about digital marketing and understanding of the role of customer engagement in driving subscription growth, you'll have experience of executing and optimising marketing campaigns utilising CRM platforms (such as Braze, Klaviyo or Launchmetrics).
You don't need experience in fashion or beauty, but have an eagerness to learn and develop your knowledge of the industry, combined with the following skills to set you up for success:
