This position reports to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

1. Respond to customer inquiries and offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner
2. Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs
3. Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer support
4. Maintain excellence in detail and customer service
5. Promote teamwork within all departments
6. Consistently follow up with customers on the progress of customer service related issues
7. Process furniture warranty claims
8. Understand, compliant with all Brick Group policies & procedures
9. Review and follow up on operational reports on a daily basis
10. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
11. Assist in the training of new operations staff
12. Handle escalated customer service issues and offer solutions
13. Increase location profitability and efficiency
14. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong customer service focus
• Experience in a customer service or sales role (retail environment asset)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization
• Minimize errors and ensure a high-level of data entry accuracy
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
