This position reports directly to the director of operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions and offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner.
- Follow up with customers to identify and meet their needs.
- Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer support.
- Maintain a high level of excellence for the organization and customer service.
- Promote teamwork in all departments.
- Make constant follow-ups with customers on the progress of customer service related issues.
- Handle warranty claims for furniture.
- Understand all Groupe Brick policies and procedures and adhere to them.
- Review operational reports every day and make the appropriate follow-ups.
- Ensure that customers are 100% satisfied.
- Help with the training of new members of the operations staff.
- Handle customer complaints regarding service and offer solutions.
- Improve store profitability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service focused with good team spirit
- Ability to multitask and maintain organization
- Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office programs
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (French and English)
Being bilingual (French, English – spoken and written) is necessary for frequent interactions with English and French speaking customers, colleagues, and/or internal partners/suppliers across Canada.
