Job Summary: The Senior Conference Services Manager is the primary point of contact between a client and the hotel, handling the organization and execution of meetings and events for groups. This role requires maintaining tight yield management on function space, accurate forecasting to meet budgeted goals, and effective communication with hotel departments and vendors.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury market. Self-motivated individual with strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, even under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and intermediate knowledge of technology and social media platforms.
