Job Description:
The Regional Vice President of Sales is an important leadership role within our Glass America sales team. The RVP of Sales will utilize their industry knowledge to provide strong leadership, motivation and expertise to coach and develop a strong, diverse and effective team of Account Managers.
The RVP of Sales will manage all sales activities for Glass America's services within a defined geographic area. The RVP of Sales will also ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of Account Managers while WOW'ing every internal and external customer. This position will also assist with identifying objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings.
