About the Role

Our client is a leading resource for lighting gear, expendables, and accessories used across theatre, film, broadcast, arts education, and architectural environments. From everyday essentials to specialty solutions, the P&E team supports the creative industry by ensuring every production has the right tools, on time and on budget.

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join the Atlanta team. This position plays a key role in supporting customers, processing orders, and coordinating product logistics to keep operations running smoothly. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders with precision and efficiency
• Support sales representatives with order entry, follow-ups, and documentation
• Provide professional customer service in person, by phone, and via email
• Check inventory, coordinate shipments, and restock product displays as needed
• Assist with showroom presentation and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Occasionally assist with order preparation, packing, or shipping logistics

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or related administrative roles
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in basic computer applications; experience with CRM or order-entry software (Salesforce, Sage, or similar) is a plus
• Interest in the entertainment, film, or broadcast industries preferred
