Sales And Operations Associate

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales And Operations Associate to support our Vice President of Sales in day-to-day operations. This individual will play a key role in processing sales orders, managing customer communication, and ensuring smooth workflow between sales and production. This position requires strong multitasking skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Order Management: Enter and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Customer Follow-Up: Touch base with key accounts regarding quotes, pricing, and ongoing projects
• Order Coordination: Oversee the lifecycle of sales orders from entry to fulfillment
• Custom Fabrication Support: Assist with pricing, quoting, and coordination of custom orders
• Support the VP of Sales directly with administrative and operational follow-up (calendars, task tracking, light reporting)
• Support our social media efforts by helping draft posts, organize content, or coordinate basic outreach on Instagram and LinkedIn
