We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner with international experience to join our global HR team. Reporting to the Global HR Director for News, you will play a key role within both the business partnering team and the broader HR function. This role will support AP's international operations across both news and business functions in the United States, LATAM, and Europe. As a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a high-impact people strategy that enhances the employee experience, strengthens organizational effectiveness, and supports AP's mission to advance the power of facts.
This is a remote position or in hybrid in office when available.

Salary and Benefits: The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 contingent on experience and other job-related factors. Employees are eligible to participate, according to the terms of the official plan documents, in a 401(k) plan, employer-sponsored health insurance plan, and are eligible for paid time off and holidays in accordance with AP policy.
