- Coordinating creative, trafficking, reporting, and billing needs between the company and clients
- Leading post-sale processes including launching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and delivering deals for multiple advertisers
- Managing digital and audio campaign details, ensuring accuracy of advertising contracts, and handling technical adjustments for campaign launches
- Utilizing HTML and CSS to build advertising products, providing pre-launch demo environments, and editing code within ads when necessary
- Monitoring campaign pacing, addressing optimization needs, investigating discrepancies, and providing reporting and billing support

- Experience in digital media and advertising, with a strong interest in digital and audio advertising landscape
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining speed, accuracy, and responsiveness
- Proficiency in HTML, Javascript, and Flash, with experience using Order Management Systems and Ad Servers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with client communication
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with a team player mentality
