We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Fabric Sr Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial for the design, development, and implementation of scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric. Job Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Lead the design and development of advanced analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, ensuring they meet business needs and performance standards.
• Data Pipeline Management: Develop and manage Azure Data Factory pipelines to streamline data processing and integration, ensuring efficient data flow across systems.
• Scripting and Automation: Create SQL and Python scripts to automate data processes, enhancing analytical capabilities and operational efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Performance Assurance: Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of data solutions, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data architecture and analytics, applying this knowledge to enhance our solutions.
• Data Management: Utilize Microsoft SQL Server On-Prem and SSIS as a source to pull data, ensuring robust data management practices.
