In Tubize, you will join more than 250 colleagues recognized by domestic and international partners for expertise on products such as Radio Frequency (RF) Products, C4ISR, Crypto Global Solution, MACS (Aeronautical Intercom) and many others.

Your mission:

• The Senior Service Architect will be part of the service discipline department of THALES BELGIUM, which is responsible for delivering service solutions to Defence, Homeland security and Critical Operators.
• As part of your activities, you will be a major stakeholder in the definition, architecture design and delivery of service solutions to our customers.
• You will be responsible for service solution definition according to the needs of external or internal stakeholders. You will guarantee the viability of the service over its life cycle.
• Define and recommend service architectures to satisfy stakeholder expectations according to the standards and re-use policies, the service roadmap and the business strategy.
• Establish the solution architecture by making trade-offs between stakeholder expectations, various solutions and costs, risks and schedule, document the associated artefacts (architecture justification in the design and justification file, service breakdown structure, and approve the resulting lower-level specifications (internal or external to partners and subcontractors).
• Assist in the solution development cycle including definition of SLAs and KPIs.
• Be the advocate of the proposed services portfolio to the customer.

We are looking forward to

• You are graduated with a Master of Engineering or Computer Science or in University, and you have significant experience in services.
• You already have a significant experience in ICT projects
• You are acquainted with services tools such as ITSM solutions
• You are acquainted with process digitalisation and digital services offers
• You are Fluent in French or/and Dutch and in English.
