You graduated with a Master of Engineering, Computer Science or any related field in University, and you have significant experience with Engineering Management general skills. You like sharing and challenging. You consider yourself as a decision-maker and a critical thinker. You are a mentor willing to share knowledge. You demonstrate strong ownership, responsiveness and collaboration in dynamic environments. You enjoy leading teams and want to motivate, train and appraise employees' performance. You enjoy working within an Agile team and being plunged into a challenging environment requiring reactivity and resourcefulness.
You have great communication skills. You are able to develop a strategy in order to foster competitiveness and performance improvement. You have the ability to define requirements, capitalise, and estimate costs, and you know how to use your organisational skills to guarantee the follow-up of engineering projects—respecting deadlines, costs and quality with a clear vision of risks and opportunities. You are willing to coordinate and prioritise resources across various entities (e.g. GBU, Countries, Regions…). You adopt Lean Management approach and apply Agile principles to the management and development of the team. You have a good understanding of data and business issues. You have synthetic and helicopter view of the organisation, and can share the big picture.
