We make UAE a safer place by providing secure electronic payment solutions, cyber security systems and communications as well as security systems for Dubai International Airport and air traffic management and navigation systems for Abu Dhabi's airport.

You will join the Thales office based in Abu Dhabi (in the Tawazun industrial park) and provide support to the Strategy and Marketing team of the United Arab Emirates in its daily responsibilities.

This position is ideal for someone wishing to develop their data analysis skills in a commercial development environment strongly focused on defense and security.

Actively develop the analysis of commercial operations and strategies, and take charge of a number of direct subjects:

  • You actively develop the analysis of commercial operations and contribute to the smooth running of commercial operations.
  • You actively participate in the definition of order intake objectives by country, by line of activity.
  • You manage the monthly/quarterly/annual review process of order intakes, you animate meetings with the commercial teams and KAM in order to define and question the objectives.
  • You coordinate the revenue forecasting and budgeting processes used within the commercial organization.
  • You perform analyses to obtain deeper insights into sales-related activities (variances against budget and forecasts).
  • You support the key account managers team and you are in charge of organizing exchanges on opportunities and ongoing improvements.
  • You support the Strategy, Operations, Finance and HR teams in the execution of the strategic business plan.

The tasks described above will be expanded based on the interests, motivation, skills and availability of the position holder.

Your profile:

  • Degree (business administration, commercial development, defense and security, international relations)
  • Excellent command of English, proficiency in French is an asset
  • Organized, independent and open-minded person, with a focused entrepreneurial spirit
  • Operational technical knowledge
  • Ability to establish a long-term trust relationship (internally and externally)
  • Listening, communication and negotiation skills
  • Team spirit, performing through cooperation
  • Driving license
