Team Lead Systems Engineering & IVVQ

Your mission as Team Lead Systems Engineering & IVVQ:

  • Leadership of a team consisting of 15 system engineers and architects, as well as IVVQ engineers (Integration, Verification, Validation, Qualification) for the development of safety-critical systems and products for civilian and military customers.
  • Responsibility for the professional development of the team and for efficient resource utilization in projects.
  • Ensuring high-quality results through adherence to defined processes, tools, and quality standards.
  • Close cross-functional collaboration with project managers, executives, and other team leaders in a matrix structure.
  • Operational support for technical solution finding and taking on technical engineering management tasks in projects.

We look forward to:

  • A completed degree in information technology, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in the design and modeling of complex system architectures as well as in requirements management and the creation of system concepts for the description and validation.
  • Knowledge of relevant security standards such as BSI Basic Protection, IEC 62443 and Common Criteria (ISO 15408) and ideally experience with tools for the creation of information security concepts (e.g. SAVe).
  • Secure handling of modern development tools (e.g. Visual Studio, IntelliJ, Jira, Gitlab) and practical experience with agile and classical development methods.
  • Leadership experience or potential in leading technical teams as well as in mentoring and coaching of employees.
  • Very good German and English language skills in speech and writing.
