Your mission as Team Lead IT Platforms & DevOps:
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of a team consisting of 10 Dev(Sec)Ops Engineers, IT and network experts for the development and operation of security-critical systems and products for civilian and military customers
- Responsibility for the professional development of the team as well as for efficient resource utilization in projects
- Ensuring high-quality work results through adherence to defined processes, tools, and quality standards
- Close collaboration across areas with project managers, executives, and other team leaders in a matrix structure
- Operational support for technical solution finding and taking on technical engineering management tasks in projects
We look forward to:
- Completed studies in information technology, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
- In-depth knowledge of IT platforms and architectures, including hardware, container technologies, virtualization (IaaS, PaaS, IaC), network topologies, as well as automation and provisioning tools like Ansible, Python, and Terraform
- Experience in designing and modeling complex IT systems while taking into account common security standards (BSI Basic Protection, IEC 62443, Common Criteria) and ideally experience with tools for creating security concepts (e.g., SAVe)
- Secure use of modern development environments and tools (e.g., Visual Studio, IntelliJ, Gitlab, Jira, Confluence) as well as practical experience with agile and classical methods of software development
- Leadership experience or potential in leading technical teams as well as in mentoring and coaching employees
- Very good German and English skills in speech and writing
