Systems Engineer For OneSky Program

This position will be working within our OneSky program, where we are developing an integrated civilian & defence air traffic management system. For this critical program, we're in search for a Systems Engineer for one of the key subsystems, focusing on the ATM domain. In this role you will work in an international multidisciplinary feature team focused on the design, development and validation of the subsystem.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Design and maintain the systems engineering artefacts of the Function, including; requirements, capability description, functional behaviour and data exchanges (internal and external interfaces)
  • Ensure the transversal constraints related to the function are considered (Safety, Human Factor, Performance, Security)
  • Contribute to the definition of the validation strategy
  • Contribute and participate to the technical reviews (SOR, SFR, FIRR, SwRR)
  • Provides technical oversight to other teams within the project/bid, ensuring that the designed solution is implemented as per the design and in accordance to the project/bid schedule and cost and quality constraints

On the first day you will come with:

  • Degree qualified in an Engineering discipline
  • Proven experience working on Air Traffic Management projects
  • Experience in in Systems Engineering across one of or a combination of Requirements management, Design, Integration and Verification and Validation
  • Experience with Systems Engineering Standards eg. ISO/IEC15288
  • Proven experience in the development of products and projects in a variety of methodologies, with a particular focus on iterative/agile development
  • Strong communication skills and able to work in multidisciplinary teams
  • High level of creativity, initiative, pragmatism and persuasiveness
  • Strong work ethic and drive to succeed with a strong sense of accountability and integrity
