The Service Points department is responsible for secretarial and administrative support within the Thales branch in Hengelo. The team consists of Management Assistants, Service Point Assistants and Administrative Staff.

For our headquarters in Hengelo, we are looking for a:

Service Point Assistant

About the Job

As a Service Point Assistant, you will support multiple departments in organizational and secretarial areas:

  • You organize business trips;
  • You schedule appointments between internal clients;
  • You schedule interview meetings;
  • You organize external visits;
  • You answer internal clients and colleagues on the phone;
  • You work together with your colleague Service Point Assistants in a clear way so that work activities can easily be taken over by each other

About You

We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • MBO work and thinking level in the secretarial field obtained through education and/or experience;
  • Several years of demonstrable experience as an assistant;
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing, German and French is a plus;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Accurate and honest;
  • Good communicative and contact skills;
  • Initiative, service-oriented and decisive.
