This position is in a hybrid model at our unit in São Bernardo do Campo.

This person is responsible for building financial and commercial proposals, completing orders to close business deals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell a dedicated portfolio for potential opportunities;
  • Receive orders (sales function), performing actions from pre-sales, in cooperation with KAMs/CDs and Business Development teams, to the final steps for closing the sale;
  • Responsible for summarizing and monitoring sales forecasts;
  • Promote and sell a dedicated portfolio. Manage the entire sales process, including change requests and partners;
  • Management of sales teams and ensure the necessary interaction with countries, in particular through opportunity pipeline analyses, Sitcom meetings and Business Forums;
  • Support the definition of the commercial strategy for a project or, more broadly, the sales approach for a specific client, working together with the KAM or CD;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in cooperation with the KAM, through adequate initiatives, addressing problems and complaints on a case-by-case basis;
  • Collect information regarding risks and opportunities, marketing and sales to share in the Unit (including Bid/project teams), developing an understanding of the client environment;
  • Accompany the entire Bid process, from Gate 1 preparation to the delivery of the proposal to the client;
  • Hold periodic meetings with Bid/project/account manager/quality teams to ensure the quality and deadline of the proposal (meeting customer expectations);
  • Capable of successfully negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales according to expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Complete Higher Education.
  • Experience in customer relationship.
  • Advanced English.
