Sales Manager For Ibs Business Line For Sweden

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager for IBS Business Line for Sweden based in Stockholm.

Thales Identity and Biometric Solutions (IBS) Business Line is part of the global Thales Group, which employs more than 80,000 people in 68 countries. Your responsibility will be to drive the IBS Business Line sales and account management in Sweden with the objective to deliver sustained profitable growth.

You will be reporting to Regional Sales Director Northern Europe IBS based in Sweden and will be mentored and onboarded to existing customer portfolio and trained for relevant products and solutions.

In order to apply for this role, we value that you have thorough knowledge of managing complex sales of ICT solutions in B2G or B2B environment. Also, proven experience in public procurement processes is an asset.

The ideal candidate will be expected to:

  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of the target markets in – customer needs, priorities, trends, competitive landscape etc
  • Build strong trust-based relation with the customers and with the key partners
  • Build and maintain wide pipeline of business opportunities in mid and long term
  • Define the capture plan including winning strategy for all target opportunities and to orchestrate internal resources for capture plan execution
  • Drive the tender teams towards successful capture of the tendered projects.
  • Target growth and profitability
  • Coordinate IBS actions in the country

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in managing complex sales of ICT solutions in B2G or B2B environment
  • Proven experience with public procurement processes is an asset
  • Ability to work with long sales-cycles
  • Experience in international matrix organizations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • University education
  • Native knowledge of Swedish and working proficiency in English is mandatory
