 
                                                
                                            Join our dynamic team as a Microsoft Cloud Engineer, where you'll ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of both internal Thales systems and our clients' private, public, and hybrid cloud environments.
You'll play a key role in maintaining, optimizing, and evolving modern Microsoft cloud solutions — driving seamless operations and exceptional customer outcomes.
Proactively support and maintain Microsoft cloud environments to meet SLAs
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across cloud infrastructure, applications, and services
Manage monitoring, backup, and patching to ensure system health and security
Support project delivery, update documentation, and drive best practices
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver effective, scalable solutions
Stay current with Microsoft technologies to serve as a trusted technical advisor
Hands-on experience managing and supporting M365 environments including Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online & Intune
Familiarities with Email protection services
Experience managing traditional Microsoft on-premises workloads, services and functions
Understanding of Azure services (VMs, networking, hybrid connectivity, storage)
Experience with Active Directory, patching, monitoring, and workload migrations to Azure
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and familiarity with IaC (Terraform)
Microsoft certifications in M365 and/or Azure (preferred)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Linux experience (a plus)
