Within the PROJECTS DELIVERY teams of the Competence Center Hardware Electronics France in Toulouse, you are responsible for the management and piloting of multi-disciplinary engineering activities for ASIC RF (RF integrated circuits in SiGe technology), associated with the SIP (System In Package) of the DBFN (Digital Beam Forming Network) IRIS².

In joining us, your main missions are to:

• Ensure the advancement of activities from definition to delivery and qualification of ASIC RF flight models (AFE).
• Develop the ASIC RF development plan in coherence with the SIP and equipment plans.
• Lead the engineering team (10-20 people) in coordination with the project manager, technical product authorities, and the IVVQ manager.
• Plan activities, drive key decisions (KD, trade-offs), define milestones (KG), pilot the advancement, and follow the development plan.
• Coordinate the resolution of design issues and apply the "design to cost" approach.
• Manage risks and opportunities related to engineering activities in collaboration with the IVVQ manager and the technical authority.
• Implement and animate the good practices and enterprise processes (Visual Management type OBEYA, Co-engineering methods type E6, followed via JIRA…).
• Ensure the role of Work Package Manager for the follow-up of Major Subcontractors (Contract of 10-20M€ of Non-Recurrent Activities): contractualization, piloting of activities (co-design and supply chain ASIC & SIP), in liaison with procurement.
• Manage the budget allocated in your perimeter.
• Ensure the interface with end customers on engineering and performance aspects, in coordination with the Project Manager.

Your profile:

• You demonstrate real ease and a good team spirit to manage and engage an engineering team of 10 to 20 people?
• You have a taste for challenge and a culture of results?
• You have a BAC+5 or doctorate degree in engineering (electronics, telecommunications, or other related field) and have the following skills:
• At least 3 years of experience in a delivery function on analog RF subsystems.
• First experience in project management and/or in the development of MMIC (or ASIC/FPGA).
• Fluent English (read, write, spoken).
• Notions in financial management (knowledge of PRIMAVERA and OASIS tools).
• Your rigor and your ability to adapt to changes are assets that we recognize?
