Customer Service Specialist

At Thales Argentina, we are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to play a key role in coordinating purchase orders, order entry, and invoicing processes. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Project Management teams to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and seamless support for our customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Be the key link between Sales, Project Managers, Finance, and our customers during order treatment process.
  • Validate and process purchase orders, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Manage order entry and invoicing with precision and timeliness to allow project execution, revenue recognition and billing.
  • Coordinate kick-off meetings for new projects and track deliveries.
  • Support reporting, credit management, and billing follow-ups.
  • Keep processes clean, updated, and on track for success.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, related fields or final year student near graduation.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in customer service roles with focus on logistics, processes or invoicing.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (B1-B2).

Position Requirements

  • Argentinian citizenship or work permit.
  • Hybrid role, office based in Buenos Aires.
  • Availability to travel occasionally.
