Direct Report: Sales Manager

Tasks and responsibilities:

Customer Portfolio Management:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs and requests
  • Respond to the customers' queries in a timely manner
  • Work to satisfy customers' needs and requests
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers

Business Development:

  • Generate new business in line with strategy of the company by using existing and potential customer networks
  • Support the Marketing Team in external communication
  • Participate to external events

Sales Administration:

  • Take care of good registration and encoding within CRM
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company strategy and objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Security:

  • Knowledge of company information security policies, privacy rules and procedures
  • Ability to identify and report suspicious behavior or phishing or social engineering attempts
  • Knowledge of security practices for managing sensitive and personal information

Mandatory languages (must-have):

  • Dutch: native
  • French: professional working proficiency
  • English: professional working proficiency
