Maintenance Engineer

Position: Maintenance Engineer

Level: Department Manager

Location: Samut Sakhon

Job Description:

• Manage, maintain, and repair machinery used in food production and machinery maintenance
• Manage machinery used in the production process to ensure continuous and efficient production
• Perform daily maintenance and repair operations, and prepare monthly maintenance plans for machinery
• Prepare maintenance plans for machinery, tools, equipment, and spare parts for the entire production process
• Implement productivity improvements in the production process using the Kaizen, Lean, TPM, etc.
• Summarize and report on machinery maintenance and repairs to ensure machinery is always ready for production

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields
• 0-3 years of experience (special consideration for those with experience in food industry factories)
• Basic knowledge of factory engineering and automation systems
• Basic knowledge of LEAN concepts and AI
• Ability to use basic design software (AutoCad, Sketch up, Solid work, etc.)
