Responsibilities

Responsible for full-cycle customer daily invoicing activities, including but not limited to local parts sales, service invoicing, and more. Assists with local system administrative activities, such as employee and asset data entry. Coordinates receiving activities by storing and stocking materials in their proper locations while ensuring system accuracy. Ensures inventory accuracy by conducting frequent cycle counts and material aging assessments. Completes daily data entries in customer secondary software. Supports local and organizational leadership with end-of-month activities. To include, but not limited to inventory reports, productivity, and invoicing summaries. Assists leadership with customer follow-up regarding aging accounts receivable as required. Coordinate badging system processes and audits through site-specific authorities. Maintain and order department supplies and materials while ensuring the organization and cleanliness of the general office appearance.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma/GED required. Years of experience: 3 or more years of relevant experience required. Software knowledge: Microsoft office suite, SAP, and Salesforce. Previous experience with customer secondary systems preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport-issued ID badge per the airport contract.

Textron's compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $35,100 - $59,400 per year. Applications are accepted for this position on an ongoing basis.
