Responsibilities

• You will manage and be responsible for our online marketing campaigns on Meta, Pinterest, YouTube & TikTok and bring new ideas to test.
• You will independently optimize our Google Ads account. You will conceive cross-channel SEA and SEO strategies and always have the big picture in mind.
• You will evaluate and conceive our performance social advertising campaigns, including the interplay between budget, platform, targeting, and creatives.
• With a focus on agreed-upon goals, you will take care of the quality control of the campaigns and find operational solutions for the most diverse challenges.
• You will be responsible for a seven-figure marketing budget and will always be up-to-date with new scaling potentials and channels.
• You will be the contact and sparring partner for our agency.

Qualification

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in performance marketing - ideally for D2C brands.
• You are proficient in setting up and dealing with key figures and their analysis.
• You know the Meta Ads Manager better than your own back pocket, work KPI-oriented, and master the common reporting tools.
• Analysis and evaluation are one of your greatest strengths. You evaluate your campaigns and make the next decision based on your analysis.
• Your self-confident demeanor, your sovereign manner, and a high degree of personal responsibility characterize you.
• You know the levers of a good creative, know what performs best, and how to reach the target group.
• You have a hands-on mentality, love to put your ideas into action, and enjoy teamwork.
