The Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Strategic Workforce Development Team uses data, research, and internal and external partnerships to craft workforce development solutions focused on building robust talent pipelines to meet RME's current, emerging, and future needs. As a Strategic Workforce Development (SWD) Program Manager, you will proactively identify mechanisms, process improvements, programs, and partnerships which will improve Amazon RME operations and the employment outcomes for current and future Amazonians. The SWD Program Manager will lead programs supporting Amazonians globally. This includes identifying key initiatives, developing project roadmaps, engaging vendors, internal and external partners, developing proposals, identifying and scoping data and metric requirements, and managing key stakeholder communications. This role will work directly with multiple internal businesses, technology, finance, operations, vendors, and partner teams.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. For salaried roles, your Amazon package will include listed sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
