Bridgecrest, one of the country's leading financial servicing providers, services roughly $15 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We are looking for a result-driven team leader to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of consultants to achieve the organization's objectives and increase volume. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the volume team's potential. To be successful as a team leader, you should have a track record of team motivation and positive sales results. Ultimately, a top-notch team leader should display excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with the team and with customers, be goal-driven, and manage the day-to-day activities of the team efficiently.

The specifics include: Effectively manage and resolve escalated customer inquiries. Evaluate processes including Ready to Fund, Return Reviews, Manager Call Back Requests, and Manager Reviews. Provide guidance to agents on processes and procedures in real-time. Review documentation for Gap Products, address discrepancies, and assess pre-contract disclosures. Support onboarding and certification for new team members (Certification required). Address escalated issues from the decision-making team. Work to bring deals back in-house efficiently. Handle tech, pricing, Level 5, observations, and escalation requests. Analyze and resolve outstanding deal issues. Summarize key takeaways and action items for the team. Possess expertise in underwriting processes or auto financing.

High School Diploma or Equivalent is required educational background. Strong knowledge of internet and standard business applications, such as Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software quickly. Additional knowledge in underwriting processes or auto financing is advantageous. Preferred experience in developing and improving processes.
