Package and deploy applications, drivers, and updates across the environment. Manage asset inventory and lifecycle for laptops, desktops, peripherals, and displays.
Provide support for end users across the bank's offices, branches, and remote workforce. Troubleshoot issues with laptops, printers, network connectivity, and Microsoft 365 applications. Support and maintain conference room AV systems and display technology. Collaborate with vendors for warranty, repairs, and hardware replacements.
Ensure device compliance through Intune policies, conditional access, and MFA enforcement. Participate in hardening and imaging efforts to maintain a secure and compliant workstation base image. Work closely with IT Security to align endpoint management with Zero Trust Network Architecture (ZTNA).
