We are currently seeking a SLED Sales Leader to join our team in Plano, Texas (US). NTT DATA is seeking a Sales Leader to drive our go-to-market strategy and lead sales and business development initiatives within the SLED industry. This pivotal role is responsible for securing new logos, building and leading a team of high-performing sales executives, collaborating with internal teams to execute sales strategies focused on increasing market share. We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in Managed Technology & Advisory Services and deep domain expertise in the State & Local and Education sector. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to foster a high-performance sales culture. Leveraging technology and strategic consulting, you will deliver value and outcomes to our clients.

Basic Qualifications

  • 20+ years of IT Services/Consulting industry experience, including sales and leadership responsibilities.
  • 10+ years of SLED industry knowledge with a solid understanding of industry trends, solutions, and business drivers.
  • 5+ years in Sales Leadership roles, including leading go-to-market strategy and execution, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop new business development and sales organizations members.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of IT managed and professional services, with experience selling to North America-based Provider organizations.
  • Proven success in developing and managing sales strategies that enhance market penetration and increase market share.
  • Experience building and leading a full-cycle, geographically dispersed sales organization with annual TCV exceeding $300M.
  • Demonstrated history of building strategic relationships and closing complex, value-add deals across customer enterprises.
  • Strong, influential relationships at the Healthcare C-suite level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and expertise in sales strategies to drive Sales Excellence.
  • Ability to leverage technology and strategic consulting to deliver client value.
  • Ability to travel as needed to customer meetings and mentorship of sales executives.
