Service Desk Technician

Location: Canyon Lake, TX 78132

Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire

Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour

Workplace Type: On-site

Pre-Employment Requirement: Must be willing to submit to background AND drug screening

Overview: We're looking for a Service Desk Technician to provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support and assist with related project work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and delivering excellent technical support in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for end users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues
  • Perform computer imaging and hardware replacements
  • Set up and configure new systems
  • Support project-related IT tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience with help desk support and troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Ability to work on-site in Canyon Lake, TX
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Job Type & Location

This is a contract to hire position based out of Canyon Lake, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
