Service Delivery Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to oversee and optimize IT service operations for our organization.   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT service delivery with organizational goals.

  • Provide guidance and leadership to the service delivery team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and experience with ITIL methodologies and best practices.
  • Proven expertise in Remote Desktop Support for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings for effective communication and collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory and its associated functionalities.
  • Proficiency in deploying and managing Intune for device and application management.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and projects effectively.
