Experienced Service Advisor Arrow Ford is seeking a seasoned Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our award-winning Fixed Operations team. Key Responsibilities: Serve as primary point of contact for service customers from check-in through vehicle delivery. Clearly explain recommended maintenance, repairs, and warranty work. Build trust and long-term relationships by providing transparent estimates and updates. Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure accurate repair order flow. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of automotive service advisor experience (Ford or other dealership experience preferred). Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of repair order systems and basic automotive terminology.
