As a Security Officer in Arlington, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned auto industry locations, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. You will conduct routine patrols, interact professionally with visitors and staff, and respond promptly to various situations. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in an automotive location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential risks.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized access.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.

+ Support emergency response activities as required by site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.

+ Maintain thorough documentation of patrols, incidents, and any security-related activity.

+ Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ A valid guard card or license is preferred.

+ Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
