Guardian is seeking a Group Benefits Regional Sales Leader who will be responsible for driving and executing a profitable growth strategy through ongoing sales and retention with brokers. The role will cover groups of 2-2,000 lives with a primary focus down market. The Regional Sales Manager will lead, coach, and develop a high performing team. The role will work closely with leadership and internal partners to leverage data when delivering on Guardian's promise to inspire well-being, managing top and bottom-line growth strategies, and identifying opportunities to increase broker value. Success of this role will be largely dependent on the achievement of financial results, internal and external relationships, and the ability to recruit high potential, early-career talent.

Base Salary: $120,000 The salary reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
